I got an email last week from lucky 18 saying they are now under new management with a free $10 bonus. I played on slots for about 20mins acheived the playthrough and requested a withdrawal. Sent them my faxback form and today i got notified that the withdrawal i had requested has been approved today! 30th may! Looks like lucky18 have pulled their socks up and sorted themselves out

I made a deposit at lucky 18 casino after receiving a CD in the mail and playing with a free chip included. I won $250 and requested a withdrawal and received the money :) maybe i was one of the lucky ones? maybe its because they are under new management

I see they are back up and running as of this last Wednesday with new management. I have a few emails in to them to see if they will honor the scammed money by the previous management, no reply yet. I don t believe it s new management though either. when i received a copy of my chat transcript from them, it said from naphtali...same as before! I think they are setting up to scam everyone again.

Yep I had the same experience with Lucky18. I was approved and for a payout of $1,000 on July 26, 2010. To date I haven t received anything. I emailed weekly to all addresses listed on their website. I was told all payouts were to be made the end of November but as of today, 2/19/11 - no payout. And now they won t respond to my emails or answer their phone. STAY AWAY FROM ANY CASINOS THAT ARE RAN BY TRUMPALA HOLDINGS! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!

Yep, lucky 18 owes me $1,0000, they have promised payment for almost a year now. The casino is locked out so I guess they have dissolved at the expense of so many people. Some day Karma will knock on thier door.

Well, it s the new year and still nothing from this scam aka Lucky18. Now we can't even log into them, get an error saying cannot connect to server. Quite frankly, I was getting tired of the same excuses over and over again from their online operators. I have an email folder full of transcripts from chatting with them, pretty much all saying the same thing. What can we do?...I guess we are SOL

I initiated my deposit and it was approved july 25th. I too get the run around everytime i chat with them and have an email folder full of the chat transcripts. the latest is:(taken right from the transcript) Naomi: Hi Mark, funds will be sent out on the last working day of November and you will be receiving your funds in the first 7 working days of December, we are sorry for the delay but we now have a system in place. thank you for your patience :) we ll see and i ll update if i get anything.

Lucky 18 casino is fast to take your money but does NOT payout! I have spoken to Clair-Sara and the supposed manager Jason numerous times and I am getting the same run arond! It s been approved and I meet all the guildlines to recieve the payout BUT don t know when you will get paid Same CRAP all the time! NO date or time is mentioned when they will pay me! Been trying to get my APPROVED withdrawal since March. Same stories as above. Had been calling a number that worked on and off each week for status updates. Always the same...been approved, working on it. Tried the direct number I had been calling, now it s not working. Tried the international 800 number, same problem. AVOID (un)LUCKY18!!!

I have tried to get a withdrawal from Lucky 18 for eight months now.? They have all the required info,but when I can get in touch with them, they say the withdrawal is approved and should be to any day.? Needless to say I have never received it.? I have never had any trouble with any other casino.? This one is BAD.? When you get to talk to someone, they never can answer why I can not get my withdrawal.? All they tell me is a superviser has to call me. That NEVER happens.? Stay away from Lucky 18

I received an offer in the mail that included a $30.00 free signup bonus, so I thought I'd give it a try. The disc they sent in the mail did not work properly and I downloaded from there web site. After registering I mistakenly entered the wrong code and there was no way for me to change it or enter another code. After about 1/2 hour of calling all the phone numbers(ansering machine) and searching there site I finally tried to play a game and found the live chat link. I did speak to someone that was very helpful and I was able to play. I left my computer on and logged in but when I woke up the following morning it told me there was a problem and my account could not be accessed. I have tried logging in several times and I get told that I am already logged in, if I got cutoff then wait 10 minutes and try again. I have done so for over an hour. I have tried all the phone numbers( answering machine), e-mailed (no response) and have so far not been able to locate the live chat link again. I am very surprized that when I was logged in I did not find any link to my account information. This is disturbing to me because what if I needed to change my e-mail address or any other info. I gave them. My boyfriend also created an account on my computer at the time I created my account and when he tries to log in he gets told he is "not allowed" to log in and to contact customer service. Playing the slots was fun but overall this has been a bad experience.

Me too. I am trying to get paid since June 15,2009 . Everything has been approved, faxbacks etc.. I cannot get somebody to tell me what date the actual payment, bankwire, has been made. e-mails, live contact, tel., does not get me anywhere. I'm getting very frustraded. I to had to fill out the faxback form and send a copy front and back of my credit card, driver lic, and a recent utility or phone bill to Lucky 18 Casino also. This is a standard request in any (RTG) online casino that I ever played at and requested a withdrawal from, the faxback or information form is a little diffrent for each casino but all request the same information on their forms along with copies of your Id, credit card and proof of address (utility bill or phone bill). My overall experience with Lucky18 has been fairly negative.? Once I did the withdrawal from the site, I was faxed a form requesting me to fill out my personal information.? Although I have never been asked to do this before I understand that they were trying to protect themselves from fraud.? That being stated, they were asking me to reveal highly confidential information, information that is needed to have full access to my account and my identity.? With identify theft on the rise I felt very uncomfortable providing this information to this site.? Trying to get in contact with the right person was a complete nightmare!? No one knew what answers I needed and I was consistently redirected to people and getting the run around.? That experience alone made be doubt the legitimacy of the company and their operations.?
